Academy Rules & Policies

Tuition Policies

Tuition depends on the program/level and starts from $160/monthly.

All tuition fees are per student. Tuition is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.

Tuition is due in full by the 1st of each month regardless of attendance. Late fee of $35 will be applied if not received by the 5th of the month. Tuition that has been unpaid by the 10th of the month will result in your child not being able to participate in class until the payment is received.
All competitive team members are required to pay tuition consecutively each month for the duration of the Academic year (August 12th, 2024 – June 14th, 2025). Please note that we do not refund or prorate tuition due to personal travel plans.

There are no discounts or prorating of monthly fees for any missed practices. Makeups must be taken within 30 days of the missed class. The tuition is based on a 4-week month; occasionally there will be 5 weeks per month, but the monthly charge will not change throughout the school year (there will be 6 of those extra days in 2024-25 Academic year).
NO discounts will be given for competition days and holiday closures because those days have already been calculated into the rate.

ACE will be closed for classes/team practice on the following national holidays:
September 2, 2024 – Labor Day
December 25, 2024 – January 1, 2025 – Winter Holidays Break
May 26, 2025 – Memorial Day

Annual club membership fee: $110 per student. The annual club membership fee is non-refundable and is due every year on September 1st. The annual fee covers your gymnast’s practice liability insurance, equipment maintenance and replacement costs. This fee is different from your USA Gymnastics athlete membership.

Drop Policy: a 30-day written notice to info@acegymacademy.com is required for all our programs in order to withdraw from class, and all tuition payments will be due until the end of this notice period.

Discounts: 10% off each additional sibling applied to the lowest full month tuition.
