Our Programs
Rhythmic gymnastics programs designed to support every stage of development - from a child’s first class to high-level competition.
At Ace Gymnastics Academy, we believe every gymnast should have a pathway that matches her goals, ability and level of commitment. Our programs combine professional coaching with individualized attention, helping athletes build flexibility, strength, coordination, confidence and strong technical foundations.
Whether your child is discovering rhythmic gymnastics for the first time, ready to experience competition through our Xcel program, or pursuing advanced training through Development and FIG, our coaches will help guide her toward the program where she can thrive.

RHYTHMIC MINIS
Ages 3.5–5
A fun and engaging introduction to rhythmic gymnastics designed especially for young children. Through age-appropriate exercises and movement, gymnasts develop flexibility, coordination, balance and body awareness while beginning to explore basic rhythmic gymnastics skills and apparatus.
Classes encourage confidence, independence and listening skills in a positive and supportive environment. No previous gymnastics experience is required.

RHYTHMIC BEGINNERS
Ages 6+
Designed for girls who are new to rhythmic gymnastics or are continuing to build their foundational skills. Gymnasts work on flexibility, strength, coordination, balance and body technique while learning fundamental skills with rhythmic gymnastics apparatus, including rope, hoop, ball, and ribbon.
Our beginner program provides a strong technical foundation while allowing each gymnast to progress at her own pace. As skills develop, gymnasts may continue recreationally or be invited to explore one of Ace’s competitive pathways.

RHYTHMIC INTERMEDIATE
Ages 8+
Designed for gymnasts who already have experience in rhythmic gymnastics, dance, ballet or figure skating and are ready to advance beyond the fundamentals. Intermediate classes focus on developing stronger body technique, flexibility, strength, coordination and more complex apparatus skills with rope, hoop, and ball.
Gymnasts continue to refine their technique and build confidence while progressing toward more advanced skills at an appropriate pace. This program is ideal for girls who want to continue developing their rhythmic gymnastics abilities in a structured and supportive environment.

LEVEL 2 / PRE-TEAM
Ages 5–7 • By Coach Invitation Only
Our Level 2 Pre-Team is the first step toward a more serious competitive rhythmic gymnastics pathway. This program is designed for young gymnasts who demonstrate strong potential, focus and readiness for more structured training.
Gymnasts begin developing the technical foundations required for competitive rhythmic gymnastics, with increased emphasis on body technique, flexibility, strength, apparatus handling and performance skills. The program prepares athletes for future progression into Ace’s competitive Development program.
Placement in Level 2 Pre-Team is by coach invitation only.

XCEL COMPETITIVE TEAM
Bronze • Silver • Gold • Diamond
The Xcel program offers gymnasts the opportunity to experience the excitement of competitive rhythmic gymnastics while maintaining a flexible training schedule. Athletes develop their individual routines, strengthen body and apparatus technique, and learn the confidence, discipline and performance skills that come with competition.
With multiple levels of progression, Xcel allows each gymnast to advance at an appropriate pace while balancing gymnastics with school and other activities. Athletes have opportunities to participate in sanctioned competitions and grow as both gymnasts and performers in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Placement in the Xcel Team is based on age, experience and coach evaluation.

DEVELOPMENT AND FIG TEAM
Development Levels 3-8 • FIG
Our Development & FIG program is Ace’s advanced competitive pathway for athletes who are ready to pursue rhythmic gymnastics at a higher level. Training is focused on developing exceptional body and apparatus technique, flexibility, strength, artistry and performance while preparing gymnasts for increasingly demanding levels of competition.
Development athletes follow a structured competitive progression with increased training hours and commitment as they advance. Gymnasts who demonstrate the ability, dedication and readiness to progress beyond the Development Program may continue into the FIG pathway and compete at the highest levels of rhythmic gymnastics.
This program is designed for dedicated athletes and families prepared for the training, competition and long-term commitment required for high-level rhythmic gymnastics.
Placement in the Development & FIG Team is by coach evaluation and invitation only.
